Welcome to TYMLI Errands. By requesting a quote, booking our services, or using our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Quotes & Estimates
All quotes are based on the information provided by the customer.
Quotes may change if additional items, stairs, long carry distances, oversized furniture, assembly/disassembly, delays, or other undisclosed conditions are encountered on the day of service.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information before receiving a quote.
2. Booking Confirmation
Submitting a quote request does not guarantee a reservation.
Your move is considered confirmed only after TYMLI Errands confirms your booking.
3. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to provide accurate information regarding:
- Pickup and delivery addresses
- Number of items
- Item dimensions when requested
- Staircases
- Elevators
- Parking restrictions
- Narrow hallways or doorways
- Any unusual moving conditions
Failure to disclose relevant information may result in additional charges or cancellation of the service.
4. Access Requirements
Customers are responsible for ensuring that our crew has safe and legal access to both pickup and delivery locations.
Any parking fees, ferry fees, building fees, or permits required for the move are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
5. Payment
Payment is due immediately upon completion of the move unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept:
- Cash
- Credit/Debit Cards
- Zelle
- Venmo
- Other approved payment methods
Unpaid balances may be subject to collection.
6. Delays
Estimated arrival times are not guaranteed.
Traffic, weather, previous jobs, accidents, road closures, and other unforeseen circumstances may affect arrival times.
TYMLI Errands will make reasonable efforts to notify customers of significant delays.
7. Furniture Preparation
Customers should empty dressers, cabinets, desks, and similar furniture unless instructed otherwise.
Customers should disconnect appliances before our arrival unless appliance disconnection has been specifically arranged.
8. Damage Inspection
Customers must inspect all items before the movers leave the delivery location.
Any damage or concerns must be reported immediately and documented with the moving crew before departure.
Once the movers have left the job site, the move is considered complete and TYMLI Errands will not accept damage claims reported afterward.
9. Existing Damage
TYMLI Errands is not responsible for:
- Existing damage
- Scratches, dents, or defects present before the move
- Furniture that breaks due to age, poor construction, loose joints, particle board, pressboard, or manufacturer defects
- Damage caused by improperly packed customer-owned boxes
10. High-Value & Fragile Items
Customers should personally transport:
- Cash
- Jewelry
- Firearms
- Passports
- Medications
- Important documents
- Family heirlooms
- Collectibles
- Irreplaceable valuables
Unless specifically agreed upon in writing, TYMLI Errands assumes no responsibility for these items.
11. Heavy or Unsafe Items
TYMLI Errands reserves the right to refuse moving any item that:
- Cannot be moved safely
- Poses a risk to our employees
- May damage property
- Exceeds equipment limitations
12. Assembly & Disassembly
Furniture assembly or disassembly is only included when specifically listed in the quote or booking confirmation.
Additional labor may be charged for unplanned assembly or disassembly.
13. Customer-Packed Boxes
Customers are responsible for the contents of boxes they pack themselves.
TYMLI Errands is not responsible for damage to improperly packed items.
14. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Customers should notify TYMLI Errands as soon as possible if they need to cancel or reschedule.
Deposits, if collected, may be non-refundable for last-minute cancellations or missed appointments.
15. Right to Refuse Service
TYMLI Errands reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if:
- Working conditions are unsafe
- Customers behave abusively or threaten employees
- Illegal activities are involved
- Conditions differ substantially from those described during booking
16. Limitation of Liability
TYMLI Errands’ liability is limited to damage directly caused by our negligence during transportation.
We are not liable for:
- Consequential damages
- Loss of income
- Business interruption
- Emotional or sentimental value
- Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control
17. Website Information
While we strive to keep all information accurate, TYMLI Errands does not guarantee that website content, pricing examples, or service descriptions are free from errors.
Prices shown on the website are examples only and do not constitute binding offers.
18. Privacy
Information submitted through our website, including photos used for estimating your move, is used solely to provide quotes, schedule services, and improve customer experience.
We do not sell or share customer information except as required to provide our services or comply with applicable law.
19. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Washington.
Any disputes shall be resolved under the applicable laws and courts of Washington State.
