Effective Date: September 2026
These Rental Terms apply to reusable moving bins, dollies, and other rental equipment provided by TYMLI Errands LLC (“TYMLI”).
By placing an order, making payment, accepting delivery, or taking possession of rental equipment, you agree to these terms.
1. Rental Period
Our standard rental period is 7 days, beginning on the scheduled delivery date.
The scheduled pickup date will be shown or confirmed when your rental is booked.
Need more time? Contact us before your scheduled pickup date to request an extension.
Extensions are subject to availability and additional rental charges.
2. Minimum Order
The minimum rental order is 10 moving bins.
Additional bins may be added subject to availability.
3. Rental Equipment Remains TYMLI Property
All reusable moving bins, dollies, and other equipment supplied as rentals remain the property of TYMLI Errands LLC.
Rental equipment may not be sold, transferred, abandoned, discarded, intentionally damaged, or given to another person without our permission.
Items specifically purchased from TYMLI are yours to keep and are not covered by this provision.
4. Delivery
TYMLI delivers rental bins to the address provided with your reservation.
Our standard service is door-to-door delivery.
Delivery will normally be made to the closest safe and reasonably accessible location, such as:
- Front door
- Building entrance
- Garage
- Driveway
- Loading area
- Other agreed accessible location
Delivery inside a residence, apartment, office, or other building is not automatically included.
Additional charges may apply when delivery requires unusual access, extended carrying distance, stairs, parking expenses, or other additional handling.
5. Someone Available for Delivery
An adult should be available to receive the equipment unless TYMLI has approved an unattended delivery in advance.
If you request unattended delivery, you are responsible for providing a safe and accessible location where the equipment can be left.
Once the equipment has been delivered to the approved location, responsibility for the rental equipment transfers to the customer.
6. Pickup
On the scheduled pickup date, all rental equipment must be:
- Empty
- Reasonably clean
- Closed
- Stacked together
- Accessible for pickup
- Located at the agreed pickup location
Please remove all personal property before pickup.
TYMLI is not responsible for belongings accidentally left inside returned bins.
7. Missed or Unsuccessful Pickup
If our driver arrives for a scheduled pickup and the bins are:
- Not available
- Still packed
- Inaccessible
- At a different location
- Not ready for collection
we may charge an additional pickup/trip fee.
The rental may also continue until the equipment is successfully collected.
8. Rental Extensions
We understand that moving schedules sometimes change.
If you need the bins longer, contact TYMLI before the scheduled pickup.
Approved extensions are charged at:
$[AMOUNT] per additional week
Extensions are subject to equipment availability.
Simply keeping the bins beyond the pickup date does not automatically create an approved extension.
9. Late Returns
Bins not returned or made available for pickup by the agreed date may incur additional rental charges.
Late rental charges continue until the equipment has been returned or successfully collected.
Additional pickup charges may also apply when TYMLI must make another trip because equipment was not ready for the original scheduled collection.
10. Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date without a cancellation charge.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before delivery may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Once the rental equipment has been delivered, rental charges are generally non-refundable.
If TYMLI agrees to collect equipment early, early pickup does not automatically reduce the rental price.
11. Changing Your Delivery or Pickup Date
Delivery and pickup dates may be changed subject to availability.
Please contact us as early as possible if your moving schedule changes.
Same-day or last-minute schedule changes are not guaranteed.
12. Customer Responsibility
You are responsible for TYMLI rental equipment from the time it is delivered until it is returned to us.
Please keep the equipment reasonably secure and protected from theft, misuse, or unnecessary damage.
Normal wear from ordinary moving use is expected and will not result in a damage charge.
13. Lost or Missing Bins
Customers are responsible for all rental equipment received.
Missing or unreturned equipment may be charged at its replacement value.
Replacement charges:
Moving Bin — $[AMOUNT] each
Dolly — $[AMOUNT] each
Payment of additional rental fees does not transfer ownership of the equipment to the customer.
14. Damaged Equipment
Normal wear is expected.
Customers may be charged for equipment that is:
- Broken through misuse
- Cracked because of overloading
- Burned
- Cut or drilled
- Permanently marked
- Contaminated
- Intentionally damaged
- Damaged beyond reasonable normal use
Please notify TYMLI if equipment becomes damaged.
Do not throw damaged rental equipment away.
15. Keep Bins Clean
Bins should be returned in reasonably clean condition.
Do not place loose food, garbage, wet materials, chemicals, paint, grease, animal waste, or other materials inside the bins that may contaminate or permanently damage them.
Excessively dirty or contaminated equipment may be subject to a cleaning or replacement charge.
16. Do Not Overload Bins
Customers are responsible for packing bins safely.
Do not overload a bin to the point that:
- It cannot be safely lifted
- The lid cannot close properly
- The bin becomes distorted
- The handles may fail
- The contents create an unsafe handling condition
Distribute particularly heavy items between multiple bins.
TYMLI may decline to handle an overloaded or unsafe bin until the contents have been redistributed.
17. Prohibited Items
TYMLI rental bins may not be used for:
- Explosives
- Flammable materials
- Hazardous chemicals
- Toxic substances
- Medical or biological waste
- Illegal substances or property
- Leaking liquids
- Materials likely to permanently contaminate or damage the bins
Customers are responsible for complying with applicable laws when using rental equipment.
18. Moving the Bins to Another Address
Bins may be used during your move and transported to your destination.
Your pickup address may therefore be different from your original delivery address.
The final pickup address must be provided to TYMLI and must fall within an area we service unless another arrangement has been approved.
Additional distance or service-area charges may apply.
19. Service Area and Delivery Charges
TYMLI serves Seattle, Renton, Bellevue, Kent, Auburn, Tacoma and surrounding communities, subject to availability.
Delivery and pickup charges may depend on:
- Distance
- Rental quantity

Any applicable delivery or pickup charge will be disclosed before the order is confirmed.
20. Apartments, Elevators and Building Access
Customers are responsible for arranging any necessary:
- Elevator reservations

- Building access
- Gate access
- Parking authorization
- Loading-zone permission
Please tell TYMLI about stairs, restricted entrances, parking limitations, or other significant access issues when booking.
Additional charges may apply when additional labor or handling is required.
21. Parking Costs
Any parking, loading-zone, building, toll, access, or similar charge specifically incurred to complete your delivery or pickup may be added to the order when applicable.
22. Rental of Bins Does Not Include Moving Services
Moving-bin rental and moving services are separate services.
A bin rental does not automatically include:
- Packing
- Loading
- Transportation of your belongings
- Moving labor
- Unloading
- Furniture moving
- Furniture assembly
TYMLI moving services may be booked separately.
23. Customer’s Belongings
The customer is responsible for packing and protecting belongings placed inside the bins.
Rental of a moving bin does not constitute insurance for the contents.
TYMLI is not responsible for loss or damage resulting from improper packing, overloading, fragile-item packing, or the customer’s use of the bins.
Do not leave cash, jewelry, identification documents, irreplaceable records, or other high-value property unattended inside rental bins.
24. Weather and Scheduling
We make reasonable efforts to complete deliveries and pickups during the agreed time period.
Arrival times may be affected by traffic, weather, road closures, previous appointments, building access, emergencies, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If a significant delay occurs, TYMLI will make reasonable efforts to communicate with the customer.
